Week4&6: Footage & Body Mechanics1,2

I chose the body mechanics reference given by my teacher because I think weightlifting is a very good exercise for spinal stresses.

The spine takes on an upward circular shape when the person is bent over but not under stress.The shape of the spine turns into a downward arc as the person prepares to lift something with force. The most overlooked point is that when lifting weights to the chest, you rely on upward inertia to complete the movement. This is why a change of movement in the chest is so important

After adjusting the curves I first rendered a video, but I found some problems: the movements changed too quickly, like a robot in motion.

In the video below I have added motion blur and also adjusted the speed of the movement.
